Weekly Sync #5 — Speaker Notes

Hi everyone, thanks for joining. This is our fifth bi-weekly sync. Today we have two items on the agenda.

First, Batch 1 goes live tomorrow, July 31st — we'll talk about how we're rolling it out and how to give feedback. Second, Batch 2 acceptance criteria are ready for your review.

Let's get started.

Two items today. Item one — Batch 1 production release. Item two — Batch 2 acceptance criteria review.

Both are action items, so I'll need your input before we wrap up.

Batch 1 goes live tomorrow, July 31st. This is the Smart Diagnostics feature — enter a device SN, and the system automatically identifies faults, outputs a plain-language conclusion, and provides a troubleshooting plan.

A few things to note on the rollout. We are NOT opening this to all users. External users — installers, enterprise customers — will not get access at this stage. We're enabling it account-by-account, for internal designated accounts only. The reason is simple: we want to validate diagnostic accuracy with real production data before any broader rollout.

Your team testing with real devices is the best way to catch gaps in the knowledge base. So we need you to tell us which FleetView accounts you want us to enable. We have a ClickUp task set up for this — just comment your email address there, and we'll get it activated.

Once you have access, here's how to give feedback on the diagnosis results.

Method one — in-app. After the diagnosis is complete, you'll see thumbs up and thumbs down buttons in the bottom-right corner of the result panel. Click thumbs up if it was accurate. Click thumbs down if there was an issue — you can optionally type a description of the problem.

Method two — ClickUp. If you want to share a screenshot, describe a complex issue, or give more detailed feedback, you can comment directly in the ClickUp task. We'll follow up in the thread.

All feedback goes into our backend analytics — we use it directly to improve the knowledge base and diagnostic rules.

Moving on to Item 2 — Batch 2 acceptance criteria.

Following the same process as Batch 1, we've completed the full acceptance criteria for all 34 Batch 2 requirements. Same format — Layer 1 covers the batch-level definition of done, metrics, and release gates. Layer 2 has Given/When/Then criteria for every single requirement.

Batch 2 has three modules. One-Click Fix and Remote Ops — this is the write-path counterpart to Batch 1's read-only diagnostics. Once you've diagnosed a fault, you can now fix it remotely with one click. That's 4 requirements.

Permission System 2.0 — sub-account management, button-level RBAC, role templates for different types of electricians and supervisors. That's 17 requirements.

And Log Management — log visualization, code-to-English translation, settings change history, and NEM solar export. That's 13 requirements. Target release is September 15th.

I've linked the ClickUp doc on the slide. Please read through and leave comments directly in the document. Once reviewed and approved, we start the design phase and formally kick off Batch 2 development.

Three action items to close out.

One — request your account access for Batch 1. Comment your FleetView email in the ClickUp task as soon as possible after the July 31st launch. The sooner we get the list, the sooner we can enable access.

Two — review the Batch 2 acceptance criteria and leave comments in the ClickUp doc. Please do this before we start the design phase.

Three — once the AC is approved, we start design and formally kick off Batch 2. Target release remains September 15th.
